Our refund policy protects you in case purchases don’t meet the agreed terms. Apply for a partial or full refund within 30 days of receiving products.
Quick refunds: Claim within 2 hours after payment for full and immediate refunds.
For all Super September products, get an extra 30 days to claim a refund in addition to the regular 30-day period. VIP and VIP Pro Members are entitled to a 60-day refund period which is not limited to the duration of the offer.
